1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bed111 ("bed111", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bed111 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://bed111.club (the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service available on the Platform, you confirm that:

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bed111. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where bed111 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any bonus winnings derived from the duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bed111 may at any time request identity verification documents to comply with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be closed in accordance with Section 6.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bed111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify bed111 Support immediately at [email protected].

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bed111 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the terms set out in this section.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bed111 wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed mobile transaction. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on the card issuer's processing time. bed111 does not charge any fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000 (subject to payment method limits)
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. bed111 targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt may depend on your payment provider's settlement schedule.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to account verification level)
• bed111 does not charge any withdrawal processing fee. Any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider are outside bed111's control.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a KYC hold if identity verification has not been completed. See Section 2.3.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

The Platform operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied. Players are not charged any foreign-exchange or conversion fee by bed111. Any charges applied by a card network for cross-border transactions are the responsibility of the cardholder.

3.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting bed111 Support to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is found to have been raised fraudulently or without legitimate grounds, bed111 reserves the right to close the associated account and offset any bonus or promotional credits already awarded against the disputed amount.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

bed111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit at bed111 are eligible for the 100% Welcome Bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the depositing account must have completed basic registration and the minimum qualifying deposit must be met as specified on the promotion page at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

bed111 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. bed111 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure — where prohibited conduct is identified.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process.
• Collusion: Working with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits through systematic strategies including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or multi-accounting.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise launder funds through gaming activity.
• Cheating and software exploits: Using automated bots, software scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, influence game outcomes, or extract data from the Platform without authorisation.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access the Platform's backend systems, databases, administrative panels, or another player's account without authorisation.
• Chargebacks without cause: Filing payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith, as described in Section 3.4.

5.2 Reporting Suspected Fraud

If you become aware of any activity on the Platform that you believe constitutes fraud, collusion, or other prohibited conduct — whether by another player or otherwise — please report it immediately to [email protected]. bed111 takes all such reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Whistleblower reports are treated with strict confidentiality.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

bed111 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct under Section 5.
• A court order or lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• A player-requested self-exclusion submitted under bed111's Responsible Gaming policy.

6.1 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by bed111 due to a player breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be handled as follows: legitimate real-money deposits that have not been matched to any breach may be returned to the deposit source after investigation; bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited where the breach relates to bonus abuse or fraud. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, all verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from bed111.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

8. Limitation of Liability
